ABOUT GLOBAL WOMEN LEADING AI

Women are essential in defining the future of AI

Practical advantage. Real influence.

Women-led. Ally-powered. Focused on practical AI fluency for women and allies, and a stronger female voice in the decisions shaping the technology.

OUR MISSION

Fluency.
Influence.

Global Women Leading AI is built around two priorities. First, women need practical, continuously updated ways to understand and use AI throughout their professional lives — whether they are leading companies, building businesses, advancing in their careers, changing direction, or returning to work. Second, women need a stronger voice in the decisions shaping AI itself. Through Relaunchship and Guild 20/20, GWLAI is building both the fluency to thrive with AI and the influence to help determine where it goes.

WOMEN-LED · ALLY-POWERED

AI is becoming infrastructure
for modern life.

GWLAI is a women-led, ally-powered nonprofit organization. We believe women should be fully equipped to use AI in their work and fully represented in the conversations about its impact on jobs, business, finance, healthcare, the environment, education, policy, and society. Our goal is simple:

01More women
fluent in AI.
02More women
using AI.
03More women
shaping AI.
