GUILD 20/20 · GLOBAL WOMEN LEADING AI

GWLAI Guild 20/20

The women with the power to shape what comes next

Guild 20/20’s mission is to bring together the world’s most influential women — across business, finance, technology, entertainment, fashion, media, healthcare, policy, and beyond — to build relationships, share intelligence, and exert real influence on the direction of AI.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

More than a network.
A platform for influence.

AI’s impact reaches far beyond technology — into jobs, business, finance, healthcare, the environment, education, policy, culture, and society. Women need a much bigger role in those decisions.

This is not a networking group. It is a guild of influence. Intelligence generated across chapters will be synthesized into briefings, public resources, recommendations, and a collective point of view — giving the experience and judgment of influential women a stronger platform in how AI is developed, governed, and deployed.

Who It Serves

01

CEOs & Global Business Leaders

Women leading major companies, business units, institutions, and global organizations — with the authority and reach to influence markets, work, and society.

02

Founders, Investors & Finance Leaders

Founders, investors, asset managers, and financial leaders whose decisions direct capital, build companies, and shape economic outcomes.

03

Media, Entertainment & Cultural Leaders

Women whose platforms and creative influence shape culture, public understanding, information, and the way technology is experienced.

04

Technology, Healthcare & Policy Leaders

Women at the forefront of technology, healthcare, science, government, policy, and other fields where AI’s consequences will be profound.

How It Works

Each chapter convenes regularly in an intimate, sponsor-hosted setting. Gatherings follow a structured roundtable format focused on real AI challenges and decisions, not presentations or pitches. All discussions are conducted under Chatham House Rule principles: insights may be shared publicly, but no remarks are attributed to any individual. This confidentiality framework is what makes the dialogue genuinely candid and educationally valuable.

01

CHAPTER CONVENINGS

Structured Roundtables

Regular, sponsor-hosted gatherings of exactly 20 members. Structured discussion framework covering real AI deployments, governance challenges, ethics dilemmas, and leadership decisions. Intimate format designed for depth, not volume.

02

NATIONAL SYNTHESIS

Intelligence Into Impact

Following each round of convenings, GWLAI synthesizes key themes across all 20 chapters into anonymized national intelligence outputs: briefings, whitepapers, toolkits, and policy commentary — all made publicly available.

03

CROSS-PROGRAM CONNECTION

Pipeline & Mentorship

Guild members serve as mentors, speakers, and role models for Relaunchship participants and Kids Leading AI students, completing the cradle-to-boardroom pipeline that is GWLAI’s defining architecture.

MEMBERSHIP & CHAPTER MODEL

Twenty is not incidental.
It is the design.

Small enough for candor. Senior enough for consequence. Curated for contribution.

Invitation-only membership.

Each Chapter Leader personally curates 20 members to ensure seniority, cross-industry diversity, and a culture of meaningful contribution rather than volume.

Exactly 20 members per chapter.

Twenty preserves intimacy, ensures every voice is heard, and maintains the guild culture.

Chapter Leaders appointed by GWLAI.

Senior women in each market hold the chapter community, facilitate convenings, and synthesize insights for the national network.

Select special guests.

AI pioneers, policymakers, technologists, or founders spark new thinking while preserving the intimate roundtable format.

Contribution, not just consumption.

Members share real intelligence from inside their organizations and industries.

LOCAL INTELLIGENCE · NATIONAL INFLUENCE

“The GWLAI Guild 20/20 was built for the women who are already making the highest-stakes decisions in business — and now want to shape the highest-stakes decisions in AI. We are bringing together leaders from business, government, media, technology and public life to share intelligence, build relationships, and use their collective influence to help ensure AI creates broader opportunity and positive impact.”
